- Items worn, washed, or with tags removed
- Damage caused by misuse or improper washing
- Requests raised after 7 days from delivery
How to initiate an exchange
- Email support@overfitted.store with your order ID and the new size you need.
- Our team confirms eligibility and books a free reverse pickup within 24 hours.
- Pack the item with original tags. Hand it to the courier — keep the AWB receipt.
- Once we receive and inspect it, your replacement ships out and you get a tracking link.
